Who We Are

Woychick Wills & Trusts is the estate planning arm of S.T. Woychick, Chtd., a Boise, Idaho law firm established in 2002.  We are here to help clients prepare for the future and provide for their families through effective estate planning, incapacity planning and long term care planning.

Stephen T. Woychick is the founder and president of the firm.  He has more than 20 years of experience as a lawyer in private practice.  He graduated from Boise State University in 1985 and received his law degree from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1989.

Before establishing S.T.Woychick, Chtd., he worked for regional and statewide law firms as a law clerk, associate and partner, primarily in the areas of insurance law and litigation.

Steve is an active member of several organizations of estate planning professionals, including the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, an organization of more than 4,000 attorneys dedicated to improving the quality of legal services provided to seniors and people with special needs.

Steve's pro bono work includes representing guardians in Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) proceedings, which protect children who have been abused or neglected, volunteering service to the International Child Abduction Attorney Network (ICAAN), and representing victims of domestic abuse in claims under the federal Violence Against Women Act (VAWA).  After hours, Steve enjoys outdoor activities and playing card and board games with friends and family.
